Some of our clients are able to access more detailed information
regarding their community by logging in above using their "FLOWpass"
code. Not all of our communities have this feature yet while some are starting to upgrade to the FLOWpass
II sites which have more detail than the regular FLOWpass
sites.To sign up and receive your "FLOWpass" code please
fill out out the form below. You will be notified if your community does not yet have this service.
FLOWpassgrants access to our HOA webpages (FLOWpass Communities) that
are designed and maintained solely by Haven Management LLC. These pages feature community links, HOA information, open session meeting
agendas and other resources that are useful for homeowners living in communities that our firm manages. Homeowners are
able to sign up and receive open session minutes if their communities have been upgraded to FLOWpass II. Specific account information is not available such as account balances
but statements can be mailed upon request by simply contacting our Accounts Receivable Department. FLOWpass
sites are maintained internally by our office manager. The benefit of having a web designer on staff is now a plus for
your communities.
To set up a professional website can easily cost $500-1000 and to have it updated monthly can cost $100+. Our FLOWpasspages are updated weekly and sometimes daily and everything is in-house - no
extra fees or delays in updates. FLOWpassis not part of our service
contract with your community and can be changed, altered, deleted at any time.
